Executive - Digital Marketing - IT (3-6 yrs)

Key responsibilities :

Expanding Organic Traffic : Focusing on the Charting space, figuring keyword driven content expansions into top web pages & blogs. Currently having a 70K+ traffic/mo, looking to grow that by 15-20% month on month.

Expanding High Intent Traffic : Currently High Intent Traffic which attributes to 90% of lead volumes, needs to increase by 3-5% month on month. This focuses on improving landing page experience and creating/optimizing user journeys for these High Intent Traffic pages like download page, pricing page, home page etc.

Expanding Content for Charting + Developer themes : Working with a strong content team to create & execute a high frequency content calendar that will focus on increasing developer traffic & users who are interested in charts & dashboards.

Creating effective Lead Hooks & Funnels for Sales team : Focusing on new products, and packaging existing products to create & monitor lead funnels like free trial downloads, dashboard enquiries & pricing enquiries.

Monitoring & Analysing traffic & growth : Figuring out which marketing activities & sources of traffic are working to drive traffic into revenue. Analysing how content initiatives, SEO activities, paid marketing activities, email nurturing & CRO are working to meet the monthly & quarterly targets.

Understanding Developers & F business : Figure out how to best market to developers & tech leads in evolved geographies like the US, and deep dive into how can actually make their lives easier.

Strengths we're looking for :

Data Driven Marketing : A strong focus on how marketing activities are translating to leads & how the funnel is building up for sales pipeline.

Strong understanding of content : If you've written content before, it's a plus. Someone who understands how macro level keyword themes can be broken into multiple content initiatives, and tapping into the in-house content team to execute these content projects.

Good understanding of funnels : Understanding how traffic sources are bucketing into multiple lead funnels, and at which point (after periodic nurturing) can these leads be passed onto sales for revenue generation.

A strong team player : Understand strengths & weaknesses of web tech teams, design teams & content teams to execute marketing projects with the highest efficiency.

Analytics :

- Google Analytics for traffic monitoring.

- Mixpanel for funnel conversion rate tracking.

- HotJar for heatmap analysis.

SEO & Content :
 
- Google Webmaster for monitoring traffic & positional change.

- Ahrefs for keyword expansion activities.

- BuzzSumo for content discovery activities.

Paid marketing :

- Google Adwords for paid ads.

- Affiliate partnerships with US developer blogs.

Company Communication & Activity tracking :

- Google Sheets, Docs & DropBox Paper.

- Slack.

- Trello.

We are looking for a passionate marketer who has executed traffic lift strategies and has a keen interest in learning how marketing helps generate revenue. This will not be your normal 9-5 job. We are looking for hustlers who are data-driven and quick to experiment and take action.
