Executive - Digital Marketing - Hotels & Villa (3-5 yrs)

Hiring for Hotels and Villa company

The Performance Marketing Senior Executive will spearhead all performance led digital campaigns for online and outcome based sales. Core functions include strategy, managing all digital media channels and budget mapping against the targets set by the organisation. Should completely own the paid media business targets with planning, execution and delivery of the same

Key Roles And Responsibilities :

- Plan overall marketing strategy for Pan-India supply and demand

- Devise communication approach for all digital channels

- Plan overall digital channels mix (basis visitor traffic, conversion rates, ROAS etc.)

- Execute and manage all paid media campaigns directly and in liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Measure all campaigns effectively and report on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis

- Optimize ongoing campaigns with defined CPT ROAS benchmarks

- Manage and improve organic traffic through good SEO work

- Make periodical reviews to teams and internal stakeholders

Key Skills :

- Good knowledge of both Paid media & SEO

- Paid Media: Should be well versed in handling Adwords, Facebook, Bing and related biddable media channels/ Affiliates/Mobile ads with respect to APPs etc.

- Good knowledge and experience of web analytics tools

- Good knowledge and experience in data management techniques and effective utilization of the same on campaigns.

- Good knowledge of managing display campaigns on GDN and other independent ad networks (both auction and reserved)

- Should be well aware of industry rate benchmarks etc.

- Good knowledge of Attribution models across digital media and paid media channels.

- Should come up with creative marketing ideas on ongoing basis

- Should be updated with the latest trends, technologies, beta products and advancements from the industry and implement best practices for the brands.

Education :

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience/Background :

- 3+ years experience in managing large scale digital performance marketing campaigns (preferably for e-commerce/Retail/BFSI/TELCO clients in a pan-Indian agency)

- Good communication skills

- SEM/SEO knowledge (Mandatory)

- Strong Excel Presentation skills (Mandatory)

- Ad words Google Analytics or any Web Analytics Certification (Preferable)
