Executive - Digital Marketing - Cosmetics (1-5 yrs)

What will you be doing?

- You will be primarily responsible for bringing convertible traffic to the brand website, and meeting ROI goals through various digital marketing channels

- Planning, Creating & Deploying content & campaigns, as well as analyzing, and optimizing them through data driven analysis via tools such as Google analytics, AdWords, Facebook business manager, and tools from third parties.

- Defining and setting the right expectations and impression for the target audience in line with the brand's identity

- Create and execute successful channel strategies in-house and in partnership with digital marketing agencies

- Execute logically designed and well-structured tests

- Roll out campaigns to success and optimize performance over time as measured against goals to drive sustainable sales, efficiently

- To be successful in this role you will need to be someone who can see the big picture and execute rapidly. You are an Social Media wiz, always updated with the latest marketing trends, social channels, and their inner workings. You have a strong understanding of both the art and science of online marketing, consumer psychology/behavior, and understand how various marketing channels interplay.

- You have deep experience in analyzing online data and can masterfully operate, implement, and understand data tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Adwords, etc., be able to implement new tools and use them to grow sales, working closely with associated teams such as social, creative, and tech.

You are high-performance, solution-minded, passionate, fearless, produce seamless results, and are devoted to the customer.

6 Months expectations :

- Develop and execute digital marketing plans and content across channels.

- Develop and drive evergreen campaigns achieving the brand's revenue goals.

- Identify Top, Relevant Influencers within the Market and Reach out to them for Patnerships.

- Plan content strategies and develop content, copywriting, digital ads, email, and alternative channel marketing as well as SEO, SEM.

- Plan and ensure loyalty and rewards programs are implemented seamlessly and meet goals.

- Implement & utilize digital tools to optimize campaigns for rapid success and maximize output.

- Partner closely with digital marketing agencies and internal brand teams

- Provide clear briefs rooted in historical learnings, current trends, and testing goals.

- Report in a clear and concise manner, based on performance goals and benchmarks.

- Exhibit a strong eye on the market for emerging channels and trends

- Manage monthly budgets and targets through bottom-up forecasting while executing against Social Media plan and objectives.

12 months+ expectations :

- Build monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans to pair to budget and growth goals

- Develops a cohesive strategy across channels to drive the most efficient ROAS without sacrificing the brand image or long-term growth

- Manage monthly budget and targets through bottoms-up forecasting while executing against eCommerce plan and objectives

- Continually improve upon briefing templates to ensure timely, brand-appropriate, and effective creation of assets and copy

- Develop long term testing roadmap in partnership with Sales team and Marketing Analytics

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle, etc.

2+ years of progressive responsibility including experience in online marketing, Influencer Marketing and product management.

- Experience across digital marketing channels

- Deep analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis

- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing projects and leading teams.
