Job Summary :


- As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Strategy : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Website Management : Maintain and optimize the company's website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.

Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), including content creation and engagement.

Content Creation : Create and curate content for digital marketing channels, such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and email newsletters.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and increase online visibility.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising : Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.

Email Marketing : Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data insights to refine strategies.

A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ads for better results.

Online Reputation Management : Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback as necessary to maintain a positive brand image.

Competitor Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Budget Management : Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.

- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.

- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
