- Managing company website, traffic &, managing social media pages.
- Suggest engaging content for social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Keyword search for brand (word cloud)
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to optimise content strategy. Suggest creative post for social media platforms.
- Check the post before the digital agency upload on the social media platform.
- Encourage the internal employees to engage & amp; like post on social media.
- Check weekly ORM report sent by the digital agency.
- Prepare a list of influencers which can help communicate our message to the target audience.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads & engage customers.
