Job Description-
Responsibilities:
- Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
- Manage & guide the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Develop and nurture a high-performance team to bring the result
- Proven SEO and Email Marketing experience
- Creating content in the form of social media posts, blog articles, etc. when required.
- Ability to analyse different metrics for digital marketing channels and identify market trends
- Conducting market research and tracking competitors' marketing activities.
- Managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Opportunities and optimizing content to improve ranking and increase traffic.
- Manage overall email marketing and social media strategy
Requirements:
- An experienced marketing leader with a strong technical background, sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, team player and strong operational focus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Well versed in English verbal and written communication.
- Working with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Prior Experience in KPO industry or International Market is required.
