Executive - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)

Main Responsibilities :

- Plan, implement and evaluate all B2B and B2C digital marketing activities for subscription programs, travel offerings and ancillary products in the Asia Pacific Region

- Managing the relevant RCI Asia Pacific social media platforms content from end to end.

- Ensuring engaging and informative digital creative and communication is developed to drive the RCI brand across all relevant digital channels

- Content creation from monthly marketing campaigns as well as monitoring performance

- Create best practice content that aligns with the tone and branding of RCI

- Play a supportive role to the marketing team and work closely on all aspects of campaigns and performance

- Monitor the RCI social voice and consumer sentiment and respond to consumer messages on social media according to the brands response time objectives as needed

- Assisting the CRM team in digital campaign performance tracking

- Stay abreast in current trends and developments in marketing and provide strategic solutions that act upon the results of the research data

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in working part of a marketing team which adopt an omni-channel approach

- Have a passion for creative content creation, digital and social media strategy.

- Prior experience in close-user group marketing is plus but not mandatory

- Demonstrated high level business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited resources

- Understanding of business drivers including ability to manage metrics for achievement of departmental goals

- Strong internal and external customer service focus. Must have Direct Marketing experience and be able to demonstrate experience in "response driven" digital marketing

- Demonstrated initiative in introducing new concepts or ideas

- Results oriented approach to delivering quality outcomes

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally for achievement of overall business objectives

Minimum Qualifications And Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management or the equivalent in job experience

- A proven, progressive track record of at least 2 years in Marketing, Digital and Management experience

- Demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing and management tools with proven examples of success

- Experience with social listening, moderation and publishing tools

- Experience with paid advertising and performance media planning, buying and optimizing either direct thru publisher or via agency

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to deal with competing priorities, a fast -paced work environment, and reporting deadlines
