As a Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans to promote our products and services. You will work closely with other team members to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Management : Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

Market Research : Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, trends, and the competitive landscape; use this data to inform marketing strategies.

Content Creation : Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and promotional content that aligns with brand voice and business goals.

Data Analysis : Analyze performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with sales teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of campaigns and communicate insights to senior management.

Brand Management : Ensure that all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

Customer Insights :
Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to ensure client satisfaction.

SEO/SEM : Coordinate with SEO/SEM experts to optimize campaigns and drive traffic and engagement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

- Excellent understanding of marketing concepts, branding, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

- Proficiency in marketing automation technology and software.

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, or other relevant digital marketing tools.

- Experience conducting and analyzing customer surveys and feedback.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
