Job Overview: 

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Ninja with a major focus on paid campaigns. In this role, you will plan, set up & execute the paid campaigns to increase pipeline velocity.

What You'll Do : 

- Execution of all the paid campaigns from scratch and find new ways to generate leads at a competitive CAC.

- Optimize account & campaign performance through detailed analytics, and experimentation

- Perform keyword research & competitor analysis.

- Ensure high correlation between keywords, ad content, and landing page content.

- Perform a/b & multivariate testing to optimize the performance of Google Ads, Facebook & LinkedIn Campaigns.

- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc to capture key site performance metrics to measure, test, and improve paid campaign performance

- Produce reports & analyze both qualitative & quantitative PPC & Facebook campaign performance for continued optimization efforts

Your Superpowers : 

- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience with a focus on driving execution of lead generation for net new prospects.

- Agency or B2C experience is a plus

- Data analysis & metrics-driven

- Knowledge of using tools such as Google Ads Editor, SERush/Ahrefs, paid campaign reports, Google Analytics, CRMs

- Up to date with the latest trends in PPC/SEM & Social Media Marketing.

- Must have expert-level knowledge of Google & Social Media Ads
