The Job

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a robust skill set in digital advertising, graphic design, and SEO to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and managing Google Ads campaigns, creating visually appealing graphics and creatives using Canva, and enhancing our online presence through effective SEO practices and WordPress management.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management : Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads to meet company objectives, including monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts.

Creative Design : Use Canva to design high-quality graphics for various marketing materials and digital content that align with our brand identity.

SEO and WordPress Management : Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings. Regularly update and manage content on our WordPress site, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user experience.

Analytics and Reporting : Analyze campaign performance and generate reports detailing successes, failures, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to align digital advertising efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing Google Ads and implementing SEO strategies.

- Strong proficiency in graphic design, specifically with Canva or similar design tools.

- Experience with WordPress content management, including understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to mine data for actionable insights.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Google Ads certification.

- Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

- Experience in a similar industry or with brand management.
