- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Oversee the relationship with customers handled

- Understanding Customers requirements & budgets

- Suggesting various products and services we offer, like Wallcoverings, Furnishings, Floorings, Mattresses, Customised Furniture

- Making Estimates and getting on-site execution done.

- Undertake design project from concept to completion.

- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.

- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

- Set costs and project fees according to budget

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

- Superior product knowledge.

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Interior Designer/ Civil Engineer/ Interior Contractor with 3 years experience in Site and Customer Handling. Site Inspection, understanding Customers requirements & budgets, suggesting various products and services we offer, like Wallcoverings, Furnishings, Floorings, Mattresses, Customised Furniture.

- Making Estimates and getting on-site execution done.
