Executive - Customer/Technical Support - Voice Process (0-4 yrs)
- Any Fresher/Experienced with Minimum 6 months BPO Technical Support Process
- Any Educational Background with Minimum 6 Months of Technical BPO Experience
- Any Graduate/UG Dropout with Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Int. Technical Support
Excellent in communication :
- Written and Oral, Good in Basic Computers Technical Troubleshooting
- Comfortable with 24- 7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs
