Executive - Customer Support - Voice Process - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Candidate should have at least 10+2 completed.
- Should be good in English and Hindi Communication.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Also, should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts.
- Drop facility only for logouts after 9 pm
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. In customer support profile candidate will have to handle clients and their queries.
2. Follow up with the client until the query is resolved
3, Be calm, composed and courteous towards the customer and listen to them carefully
4. Apply all the knowledge learned in training to cater to customer needs.
