Role : Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Work Experience: Experienced (Min 6 Months)

Age Limit: Below 28 years

Shift timings :

(10 AM To 7 PM and 11 AM TO 8 PM)

Customer Service Executive is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Limeroad customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail/call and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast- paced environment.

Knowledge & Skills Required :

- Qualification minimum 12th Pass and above

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal)

- Basic computer knowledge

- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present

- Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritisation of tasks as assigned

- Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations

- Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service

- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned

- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

Process Information:

Work Timings: 10 AM to 8 PM Window

Shift Duration: 9 Hours (If there is a process requirement then 10 Hours)

Working Days: Flexible (5 days working, As per roster)

OT: An extra day in a week demands for OT + Public Holidays will be paid as OT.

Week Off: As per roaster

Location: Gurgaon
