Executive - Customer Support - Voice Process (0-5 yrs)
Our Client is hiring for Voice Process Executive
You will be responsible for:
- Customer Support for telecom, retail and banking, insurance segment.
- Maintain the reports accurate.
- Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
- Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.
- Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
- Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.
Qualification: Any Graduate -Fresher or Experience / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months BPO.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
