Executive - Customer Support - Startup (1-2 yrs)
Customer Support Executive - An IIT Startup - Work from office - Bangalore

Responsibilities :
- Communicate with research participants over call, email, or WhatsApp to recruit them for potential research studies
- Manually vet research participants after calling as per the given criteria
- Maintain participant data diligently and prepare regular reports
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates with comfort over 3 Indian languages are preferred.
- Enthusiastic and high-energy person with a great work ethic
- High willingness to learn new skill sets and grow in a startup environment.
- At least 1 year of experience. Very strong freshers can be considered
