Executive - Customer Support - Staffing & Services (0-1 yrs)

We are hiring for a leading technology staffing and services company, providing best in class staffing services.
Key responsibilities areas:
- Responding to Customer's queries through Chat/Email/Voice depending on the requirement Graduate /Undergraduate are eligible to apply
- Need Good communication skills
- Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data
- Candidate with carrier gap also can apply
Key Competencies :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
