Executive - Customer Support & Sales - International Process (1-5 yrs)
International Customer Support or Sales Executive+ Upselling (Night Shift and Day Shift)

Shift Timing : US shift, UK Shift, and Day shift
Experience : Min. 1 year exp. In Customer service and sales (International Sales)
Responsibilities :
- Make inbound and outbound calls and chat with international customer to promote and sell a product or service.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Monitor competitor's products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
- You will get the generated leads and convert into sales.
Requirements :
- Anygraduate or an undergraduate can apply with min. experience of 1 year.
- Good verbal communicator and presenter
- Self-motivated and positive.
- Good Convincing power.
