Job Description
- Helping clients with necessary product knowledge of applying for Digital Signature Certificate - applying process and guiding clients regarding any difficulties faced while downloading.
- Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.
- Answering all calls and emails, professionally and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with the Business Development Team with regards to queries / emails from institutional clients and following up on the same
- Coordinating with the Marketing & Communications team on marketing tie ups, queries and following up on the same
- Working with the Director
