1) Min 1.5 year's experience or more .

2) Min 1 year of experience in a particular company. (We don't need any candidate who have left the company in less than 1 year)

3) Communication must be good .

4) Immediate joiner preferred.

6) Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi candidates are preferred.

7) Must be okay to work from Office

8) Must be okay for rotational shifts.

9) Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

10) Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

11) Communicating with customers through various channels.

12) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

13) Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

14) Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

15) Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

16) Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

17) Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
