Executive - Customer Support - Real Estate/Consulting Firm (1-5 yrs)
- Our client is looking for customer support executive Inbound and outbound calls.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service or Sales Operations/Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate, Consulting and Other Services industry.
- The candidate should have good communication and should be ok for sales calls.
- Should have a minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
- Salary is based on experience and Interview. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of BPO, Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Sales, Sale, Lead generation, Telecalls and outsourcing
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
