Job Description :
- Educate & solve queries of the customers about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team for data requirements, entries, concerns, etc.
- Customer information timely updation in the database as per the SOP shared.
- Receive the orders and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Qualification : Graduate
Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
