Executive - Customer Support - IT (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To help the Customer with any issues they are facing with our products in installation or working of the product

- Helping the customer over video call/call to resolve their issue, technical training will be provided by us to make the person well versed with our products

- Keeping a tracking on the ongoing customer supports which are pending and making sure there are no escalations

- Working with our third-party installation agency to provide required installation support to certain customers

Skills Required :

- Should be well versed with English and Hindi language as our customers are from across India and hence, we need strong communication

- Person should be polite, as it requires a lot of patience in handling the high profile customers and their issues

- Should be willing to learn about the product and its technicalities as some knowledge of that is needed to provide the required customer support
