Education: Any graduate

Experience: 0 to 5 (freshers and experienced)

Salary: 2 to 4.5 LPA (depends on experience)

Role details :

- Desktop will be provided by the company

- Customer support for Google, Capita One

- Work from home (temporarily)

- 5 days work

- Rotational shifts and weekly offs

Role and responsibility:

- Provide support, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems. 

- Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures. 

- Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines.
