Executive - Customer Support - Investment Products (2-5 yrs)
- Minimum experience of 2 years and knowledge on Stocks markets, FNO (Future and Option), merging trading, Intraday.
- MBA graduates preferred or bachelor's degree in any finance-related field.
- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi, and south Indian language(s). Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.
- Should be open to taking calls, chats, and emails
- Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market, and company platform.
- Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus.
