Process : Voice, (work from office)
Salary Slabs : 23K to 27K CTC (Depends on work experience documents, please check it once before committing any salary)

Skills Required :
- Light on accent
- Computer Proficient
- Average Typing
- Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication (Outstanding comms)
- High on Tenses and Grammar || No MTI

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Applicant must be a graduate.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills
- To handle customer queries via call/email or chat
- Applicant must be sound with tech knowledge.
- Applicant should have excellent communication as the requirement is for Voice LOB.
- Applicant has to be okay with rotational shifts and off (5.5 Working module)
- Preference should be given to applicants with Tech support experience though we can source graduate freshers and other experience too.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate immediately to the Jaipur location
