It is a healthcare technology company building a collaboration platform for doctors and patients. Patients can receive a consultation from a specialist doctor through mobile in 30 minutes.

No need of appointment booking, travelling through heavy traffic and waiting at clinic for the doctor anymore!

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 1 - 2 Years

Function : BPO/Customer Service

Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service

2.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries.

3.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

4.Provide hands on support to process orders, raise invoices, tracking and detailed account management.

5.Flexible with Rotational shifts

Qualification : Any Graduates BBA BCA bcom Graaduate HSC

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
