Executive - Customer Support - Healthcare (0-3 yrs)
We are urgently looking for a Customer Support Executive for a well-reputed hospital based in Jaipur. Details are as follows -
Position - Customer Support Executive
Industry Type - Health Care
Location - Gopalpura bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Shift Timing - Rotational Shift
Salary Package - 15K - 17K
Required Experience - Min. 1 year in customer support profile (Preferably in the Healthcare industry)
Note - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Good to have - Experience in EPBX and EPABX
Required Skills - Computer proficiency, Good communication skills, etc.
Job Role - The candidate will have to attend the internal and external calls of the hospital, will have to resolve the queries, announce the codes, etc.
Note - Candidate must have a vehicle as there is no cab facility provided by the organization for night shift
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: - 14,000.00 - 19,000.00 per month
