Executive - Customer Support - Furniture Manufacturing (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Serving online, offline and walk-in customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services
2. Outbound calls to customer to get feedback, ratings & reviews
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
4. Keep records of customer interactions, produce reports and statistics regularly
5. Maintain positive & professional attitude to customers
6. Timely and accurate reporting is a must
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Prior experience handling walk-in customers or relevant Customer Service Competencies handling calls and emails must. Preferred in furniture industry.
2. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hindi
3. Always maintain professional business attitude and standards
4. Ability to work in an organized manner & in a timely fashion
5. Good listener & a Quick learner
6. Basic skills with MS Excel must
