Executive - Customer Support - Freight Management (1-6 yrs)
Urgent hiring (Male Candidates) for a Ocean Freight Export company.
Must have Min 1yr experience in Customer Service in OCEAN/SEA FREIGHT EXPORTS.
Candidate should be FLUENT in English communication, written as well spoken.

Job Role:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
- Track and trace shipments as required.
- Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis.
- Ensure timely movement of cargo / Ensure documents are timely sent to customer.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
- Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments,
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with liner
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS)
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
- Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).
