- We are hiring a highly motivated Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our growing ecommerce company.

Responsibilities :

1) Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

2) Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

3) Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team member.

4) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5) Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.

6) Meet individual and team performance goals.

Requirements :

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience using customer support software and tools.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
