Job Description : Customer Delight Cell
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.
What are we looking for :
We are on the lookout for a Customer Delight Cell Agent with :
- Great communications skills who can speak English fluently
- Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure
- Candidates With Excellent Fluent In English And From E-Commerce Is Only Preferred
