Experience : 0 - 5 years

Salary : 2.20 to 4.5 LPA and incentives.

Qualification : Any Graduate -Fresher or Experience / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months BPO.

Skills Required : Good English Verbal & Written Communication Skills 


- Good Logical & Analytical Skills.

Job Role Description :

- Customer Support for telecom, retail and banking, insurance segment.

- Maintain the reports accurate.

- Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.

- Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.

- Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.

- Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.

Job Requisite : Freshers /International BPO Experience.
