Executive - Customer Support - CCTV (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for experienced professional from customer support background having experience of product after sale service handling with following minimum requirement:
- Minimum 3 year experience in Call center customer support.
- Experience of handling product pre & post sale customer query.
- Preferred industry experience: Home Improvement & Home Hardware, Gadget like Amazon devices/smart devices, smart lighting, CCTV cameras, Dashcam etcetra.
- Proven track record in Pre/After sale service management.
Selected candidate will be required to:
- Handle & manage customer support for Dash camera & digital door locks.
- Ensure customer query resolution.
- Ensure to impart complete operational information to customer.
- Shall be able to route customer to installation point i.e. company authorized partner
