Position Title Customer Support Executive

Reports to (title) Business Head

Numberz is an intuitive web/mobile based cash-flow management platform that helps in managing the invoices and expenses, track receivables & payables, connect bank accounts, receive faster payments and provides real-time cash flow snapshot of the business. It does this while integrating with leading accounting, taxation and banking platforms. And can also help in getting working capital loans/financing - without any collateral. It is an end to end GST solution.

As a Customer Support Agent at Numberz, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless fulfilment of Numberz services to our customers

Act as a trusted advisor to customers post-purchase of any Numberz offering

Address customer queries associated with services including both not limited to SMB Workflow, Cash flow & GST

Proactively communicate with customers & manage relationships via email/call

Ensure services are delivered as per Numberz SLA

Proactively flag up sell opportunities to sales and account management team

Flag any customer query (that could not be resolved over call) as customer escalation for follow-up by the escalations team

End to End ownership of key outcomes for client services

Net Promoter Score (NPS)

SLA Adherence (Customer, CA)

Refund/Cancellations (minimize)

4. Key Tasks

- Providing world class Customer Service to existing customers

- Resolving all client enquiries

- Support Directors with a wide range of tasks related to continuous product development, updations, improvements and support

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Should be prepared to work in a high growth start-up environment, and bring in the maturity and stability to transform the company into a process led enterprise.

- Should be hands-on, and lead by example

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
