Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Requirements :
- Minimum 12 months of experience in BPO customer support
- Fluent in English and Hindi languages
- Undergraduate or graduate qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
-Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly
- Respond to customer emails, chats, and phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems
- Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Work Schedule :
- 6 days working with a rotational off
- Rotational day shifts
- No cab facility
