We are hiring for the post of Customer Support Executive in well reputed organization in Domestic Process.

Job Location - Malad / Thane

Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Freshers are welcome

6 months to 3 Years in Customer Service / Inbound Voice / Outbound Voice / Calling / Domestic Process / Cold Calling would be added an advantage.

Good Communication Skill

Role and Responsibilities :

- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

- Cancel or upgrade accounts.

- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

- Advise on company information.

- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

- Place or cancel orders.

- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.

- Handle product recalls.

- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

- Inform customer of deals and promotions.

- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Fixed Day Shift: 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM

Sunday Fixed Off

Salary : 1.80 Lac PA - 3 Lac PA (PF + Medical Coverage + Huge Incentives)
