Experience :

- Fresher (Graduates)

- UG with Minimum 1 Year BPO voice process experience (Customer service in Tele Banking/Tele Sales)

Skills and Abilities :

- Versant score should be more than 4

- Basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills

- Candidate should be able to communicate in English and Hindi

- Customer-focused and attentive

Job Responsibilities :

- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information

- Determines requirements by working with customers

- Resolves problems by clarifying desired information

- Cross-sell and upsell products/services

1. Shifts-Proper day shifts ,6 days working + 1 day Rotational week off
