Type of employment: Customer Support Representative.

Nature of a job: Customer Support (Voice Process, Outbound - Query & Complain resolution)

Working Days: 26 days working

Timings: Rotational Shift between 7 am to 11 pm anytime & Rotational Week Off 9 hrs. (Including 1 hr. break)

Job Description :

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries

- Resolve customer complaints

- Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Candidate Specification :

- Minimum Graduation - Any stream/Any year pass out (should hold a valid full-time Graduation certificate)

- English & Hindi languages (proficiency in both languages is a must)

- Must have a Laptop or a Computer (good working condition)

- Genuine Windows 10 home addition and above is mandatory

- Minimum 4GB RAM

- Minimum 200 - 500 GB hard drive

- Android mobile phone (preferably the latest version)

- High-speed internet connectivity (preferably Broadband/Wifi)

- A silent room to work

- Fresher or experienced, any field welcome, should be 18+
