Executive - Customer Support - BPO (0-3 yrs)
- Answer calls/Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have very good Analytical skills He or she should be very good with numbers. Should have very good interpersonal skills with decent verbal and written communication skills.
