Fluent communication in English & other south Indian languages.
minimum qualification : 10 +2 / Diploma/ Any Graduate
what you will be doing ?
- Making out bound and inbound calls.
- Handling customer inquiry
- Being attentive in listening
- Responsible for client service requirements by giving right information and closing deals .
- Co-ordinate with team members and taking feedback on every sale .
- Sending daily report to respective managers
- Maintain data base of clients and follow up
