Executive - Customer Support - BPO (0-2 yrs)

Job Summary :

To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensure end to end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer in every transaction. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.

Key Attributes :

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non-functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal stakeholders.

- Should have knowledge in problem cause identification.

- Should be able to handle arguments, service denials and rebuttals effectively.

- Should be able to display accountability and ownership in every customer interaction.

- Strong time management skills

- Should be flexible in learning different processes and be cross-skilled.

- Handle high anxiety customers with a composed attitude.

- Should have good phone etiquette and call handling skills.

- Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills

Qualification/Eligibility Criteria :

- 100% WFO

- Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream (Graduate Preferred)

- Fresher & Experienced (6 months to +1 year relevant experience; Consultant Role - BPO) (Experienced Preferred)

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 6 days working.

- Excellent spoken (English & Hindi) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.

- Typing speed & accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Interview Round :

- HR

- OPS/Training/Quality

- Online Assessment (Typing, Psychometric, Versant)

- Final Interview Round

Salary Package :

- Fresher - 2.20 LPA

- 6 to 11 Months Experience - 2.60 LPA (Experience should be from BPO Industry - Customer Service Role)

- 1 Year or above - 2.80 LPA (Experience should be from BPO Industry - Customer Service Role)

Documents Required :

- All Academic Qualification Marksheet along with degree

- E-Aadhar card

- PAN Card

- Offer letter, Last 3 months of salary slips and Experience Letter (For Exp.)
