Executive - Customer Support - BPO (0-10 yrs)
1. Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers
2. Discussing on any pending payments of the customer
3. Follow up regarding the payments to be made
4. Maintain daily MIS
Requirements :
- Good Communication skills, Target oriented
- Qualification : Any graduate(fresher/exp)/non graduates(with experience)
- Experience : 0-4 years
- Languages required: English, Malayalam & in addition to any other language would be advantage
