Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
