Executive - Customer Support - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Resolve service problems by clarifying with the customer. Should be able to speak with at least 250 calls with 75 % details captured.
- Cater to email/Calls queries & ensure to respond in a stipulated period in time.
- Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
- Should be comfortable to work on weekends.
Shift Timing - 10:00 AM to 7 :00 PM
- He/She must be ready to do work from office
- 6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care mandatory
Age - 21 - 33 yrs
- Must be able to speak in Hindi and English
