The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

- Overseeing the customer service process.

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

- Monitoring the work of individual and of the team

- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for Team

- Strong Time Management

Ideal Candidate Key competencies :

- Minimum 1-2 Years work-Experience in Customer Support

- Good Mail communication skill / Clear Communication

- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint

- Comfortable using CRM systems & Computer skills

- Graduate - Commerce Stream

- Ability to Use Positive Language

- Excel in customer service in problem-solving

- Good communication skill to interact with Client
