Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure the highest quality of service is offered to all customers without any discrimination.
- Brief customers before the start of the breakout games.
- Fulfill game master duties by providing hints to the players during the game as and when required.
- Attend to customer inquiries requirements physically.
- Follow up with customers for reviews at the premises
- Confident in speaking to a group of people.
- Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills.
- Should be Fluent in English.
- Should be energetic and have an outgoing personality.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0-2 Years
Annual CTC: As Per Company Standards
Location(s) of Job: PHEONIX MALL, Whitefield, Bengaluru
Minimum Education Requirements: Degree Preferable
