Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Overall 3 to 5 years of experience which includes 1+ years of directly working with customers
- 6+months of experience in customer facing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy with experience using Windows/MS Office , Excel, CRM management
- Demonstrated advanced English/Regional language proficiency both written and spoken
- Exceptional soft skills, empathy, listening ability and high ownership and customer orientation
Roles and responsibility:
- Providing prompt, frictionless, consistent and delightful customer service
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identifying root-causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during critical launches and support events.
- Maintaining and improving NPS/CSAT
