Executive - Customer Support (2-5 yrs)
- Should have strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
- Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
- Should be able to multitask - voice and chat process.
- Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
- Advantage if you have worked on any CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24-7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with rotational week off.
- Languages to be known - English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi (Any other will be add-on).
