Executive - Customer Support (2-3 yrs)
- Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
- Identifying customer needs
- Taking customer calls and solving queries
- It is a Full Time Customer Support/Tele Caller job for candidates with 2 - 3 Years of experience.
- UK Shift or Rotational or General shift.
- Assisting customers in sale of a range of services on phone
- Experience in handling customer over a phone is added advantage
- Should be ready to work in Fast paced environment
